Our Founder’s Vision
The organization was established by Smt. Aruna Ashok Upadrasta, who served as a dedicated teacher for 15 years. Her journey began in the classroom, where she possessed a unique gift for identifying hidden talent in her students. One such success story is the renowned child artist Baby Annie (famed for the movie Rajanna), whose potential was nurtured under Smt. Aruna’s guidance.
Our Four Pillars of Impact
Education for the Underprivileged: We believe no child should be denied an education due to poverty. We actively sponsor school fees and provide essential supplies to ensure bright futures for needy students.
Cultural & Youth Empowerment: We bridge the gap for talented youth from rural districts and twin cities, providing them prestigious platforms like Ravindra Bharathi to showcase their skills.

Healthcare & Elder Care: We organize free medical camps in slums and remote colonies. Beyond healthcare, we envision a society where no elder is abandoned, regularly visiting old age homes to provide emotional strength and companionship.
Milestones & Recognition
We take immense pride in recognizing excellence across all professions—honoring doctors, lawyers, and teachers with Talent Awards for their service to justice and society.
Our commitment to social awareness reached a historic peak on February 28th at LB Stadium. We organized the "Raithu Kosam-Raithu Vandanam" program with 5,000 participants to teach the younger generation the value of farmers. This initiative earned us a prestigious place in the Wonder Book of Records.

Our Founder Chairman, Mr Kiran Katta, a former Commissioner of Income Tax with the Indian Revenue Service, brings years of experience in public service and governance. Our team of 7 trustees comprises experts in small businesses, skill development, and education, ensuring a holistic approach to our initiatives.
